By using this website, creating an account, or placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, along with our Privacy Policy and Returns Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our website.

You must be at least 18 years old, or accessing the website under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian, to place an order. By using this website, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.

3Products and Pricing

• We sell handcrafted spiritual and home decor products, as listed and described on our website.
• All product descriptions, images, and prices are subject to change without prior notice.
• Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) unless otherwise stated for international customers, and are inclusive/exclusive of applicable taxes as indicated at checkout.
• We make every effort to display product colors and details accurately; however, slight variations may occur due to handcrafted nature of items, lighting, or screen settings.

4Orders and Payment

• Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase, which we may accept or decline at our discretion (e.g., in cases of stock unavailability or pricing errors).
• All payments on our website are processed securely through Razorpay, our payment gateway partner. We do not store your full card, UPI, or banking details on our servers.
• An order confirmation does not guarantee product availability; we will notify you if an item cannot be fulfilled and process a refund through Razorpay to your original payment method.

5Shipping and Delivery

• Delivery timelines vary based on your location, product availability, and customs processing for international orders.
• The specific courier partner used for your order will be shared with you along with your tracking details once the order is shipped.
• International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees levied by their local authorities.
• Risk of loss or damage passes to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier, though we will assist with claims for items damaged in transit.

6Returns, Refunds and Cancellations

• If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging, and we will evaluate a replacement or refund on a case-by-case basis.
• Refunds, where approved, will be processed back to your original payment method via Razorpay within a reasonable timeframe.
• Order cancellations are only possible before the item has been dispatched for shipping; once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled given the custom/made-to-order nature of our products.
• Please inspect your package carefully upon delivery, given the fragile nature of brass, bronze, and idol products.

7Product Craftsmanship Disclaimer

Many of our products, including statues, idols, and golu dolls, are handcrafted by artisans. Minor variations in size, finish, color, or texture between the product image and the item you receive are natural characteristics of handmade items and do not constitute a defect.

8User Accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials and for all activities under your account.
• Please notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or are used fraudulently.
